As a refinished dial I think it has been executed very well actually. Not many refinished dials are of this quality. I agree the second hand is incorrect, but the other hands are. Despite not being completely original, I would still enjoy it myself and probably wouldn't bother replacing the second hand. As for fitting a new crystal, firstly why do you want to replace it? Anyway process I use is: 1. using a crystal lift remove the existing one. 2. Using a calliper measure the diameter. 3. Buy a new one online. 4. Fit it once more using the crystal lift.
The thing I would personally be more interested in doing is having the crown replaced/ or the stem shortened, as it looks vulnerable and at risk of being damaged. Unless of course its in the time setting position in the photo...
Do you have anyone you recommend for this service? I need to replace the crystal additionally. Wasn't captured correctly in the photos but is cracked and needs to be replaced.
