For sale is an Omega reference 2791-5 with a lovely tuxedo dial and larger case size of 36mm. The Dial is quite glossy and has developed a "spider" effect on the lacquer, best seen at an angle. The dial is tuxedo two-tone and has applied gold numerals. Small lume plots are intact. The 36mm stainless steel case is in very nice condition with clearly defined chamfers. Small ding to the bezel at 5 o'clock. The crown I believe to be original. The 14.5 million serial would date the watch to around 1954/1955. The cal. 266 movement has not been serviced in my possession but the watch has been running well when I wear it. It will come on the black leather strap with white contrasting stitching, which accentuates the dial quite nicely. For this watch, I am asking $850 which will include shipping in the United States.
