I've been looking at 2620's lately with growing interest. Here is an example of one that looks good at first, but I am betting the dial has been restored or repainted. Note no "Swiss made" at the 6 o'clock position. And the clasp looks wrong. Does anyone have pictures of this model in full original condition so I can compare details?
It has been many years since I owned a manual wind watch. What sort of accuracy can I expect?
    Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hands look incorrect. I can't find a photo on line of this reference with leaf hands, except other photos of this watch.

That dial reminds me of our kitchen ceiling after we had the water leak and before the second coat went on.

Is it just glare or is it missing part of the minute track between 3 and 4?

Yes, I think it is missing the complete lines.
