Need help to identify the legitimacy of this watch. This would be my first vintage omega purchase. The price i was offered is $2600. I am looking for a 2603 Jumbo with a honeycomb dial and 266 movement. I am not a super stickler for 100% original parts, just please let me know if i am about to get ripped off. If this is not a smart purchase, can you let me know what to look for and where?

Maybe check others to see if it should say "Swiss Made" at the 6 hour area.

Good point, i have seen many examples that do not say swiss made, especially on the honeycomb dial, but perhaps there are just a lot of fakes out there. Thanks for the response

Broken screw in one case clamp area

Made no effort to fix, do what else didn’t he do.

I would pass at that price

I am the second owner of this jumbo. It would appear that the Swiss Made marking on the dial is not always there!

Thank you for the response, I was able to talk down the price and have made the purchase, and I have already located a spare screw set and will have a local watch repair install it and inspect the rest of the watch before the return window expires, thanks for the help

Yes, I was able to locate a number of original examples that did not have the "Swiss Made" stamp. Thanks for the reply!
