Omega 2318/8

I am looking at buying this, they guy selling says it is a 2318/8 with a Cal.266. I have seen photo's of the inside and confirm it is a 266 and the serial number confirms it is a 1952 but I can't confirm the 2318/8 model as he has no photos of the inside of the back. I also have some problems with face, the outer ring is all white and the one's I have seen are black with white at 12 -3 - 6 & 9. Can anyone confirm this looks correct? Am I also correct in saying there are 2 screws missing?
