Why are these values going so high
Quartz up to 2,600 USD . Believe retail was way lower then that.
What's the deal with these?

 

Your keyword is up to. Plenty still start at like $1350 on eBay or $1500 with papers. And those guys have to pay high eBay + PP fees + shipping, so they can be had for much less locally. People can list things for as much as they want... doesn't mean it'll sell.

 

Not to mention there aren't many for sale in the usa
