omega 2252.50 (repost- was in the wrong thread)

I came across this mid sized seamaster recently and am considering a trade with the gentleman.
Wonder if anyone sees anything of concern.
Ref 2252.50 cal 1120
One owner, full set
$2000 CAD.
I noticed a small chip on the bezel (2). It also hasnt been worn in years and would need a service.
Does it look legit and does the price seem ok ?
From what i have searched chrono24 has them for "sale" around $3000 Cad and sold listing on ebay have 2 "sold" around $1700 CAD with no box.

Yes, i am a small wristed person. I have been looking for a nice mid sized for a while.
2000 cad = about 1400 USD/
i see a few have sold on this forum between 1300 USD and 2300 Usd, but with some sort of warranty in some cases.
