I posted this another forum - hoping to find somebody can drop some watch knowledge on me.

I took the plunge and just received this beauty (albeit original "franken") from Down Under. Great size, and I love the mods (ploprof hands). One thing I noticed, and I know this happens a lot with watches with rotating bezels, is that the beaded triangle doesn't line up perfectly with the 12 o'clock marker. For my more experienced tinkerers, is this fairly straightforward fix on this watch? I'm guessing it is probably an insert issue on the bezel. The case is 166.0177. Does the bezel just "pop off" with a watchmaker's knife or does it require a special tool? Is the insert usually glued? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
