    Evening all

Ive just taken this near NOS beauty in part trade, it is a 1977 Omega Deville running quartz chronometer movement, the watch is never refinished and is in perfect original condition with only the slightest wear marks which IMHO are from storage not wear, it is all SS with NOS original genuine croc band/bracelet.

The watch wears extremely well as you can see from the below wrist shot, it is 38mm (inc crown) X 40mm by 10mm circa, it has a great wrist presence but is not as imposing as some of omegas other offerings around this time. IMHO these type of watches represents Omegas last proper watches before they really lost their way in the very late 1970's and 1980's, the quality of the watch is excellent

The watch has a beautiful slate grey dial with wave formation (very similar to the modern Seamasters and obviously where they got their design cue’s from.

The watch has been serviced and overhauled with a replacement battery so the new owner will have no issues,

These models are also interesting as the minute hand is advanced by pushing in the crown and the hours by pulling the crown out. The movement is an advanced derivative of Omegas megaquartz being cal 1325 which was one of Omegas last proper in house movements before they moved over to dressed ETA
