For sale is this beautiful Omega Bumper automatic from circa 1949 in fantastic condition. 33mm brushed and polished stainless steel case and In what I believe to be original condition in regards to the dial, hands with blued second hand as well as flat footed crown. It keeps excellent time and winds and sets well. Comes with a lovely black strap, Omega buckle and includes a Forstner beads of rice bracelet with nice presentation box.

Pictures of the Omega box, the inside of the caseback / the movement, and maybe of the backside of the buckle and the "Swiss Made" on the dial would probably help any interested party.

Thanks for feedback. This is a pre 1950’s so many dials lack the Swiss made, this being one of. It’s a non omega watch box so will now make that clear in the ad. I’m afraid I do not have the tool to remove the back. If after buying a purchaser finds the calibre to be other than a 351 bumper I will of course re fund. The watch makes a lovely bumping sound so definitely a bumper movement.

Thanks for the feedback. I tried with my baby’s rubber ball and got the back off so will add pics.

OP, according to my understanding of forum guidelines, you are not allowed to post more than once per day in the private sales forum as a whole, and you have already bumped this thread twice within that time. You can edit your original listing of course, since that does not bump the thread.

My apologies got excited by the monumental achievement of removing my own case back.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out why this is still available!

Me neither????
Yes it’s actually fairly cheap to send a small package to the US and I use a separate insurance company which is £10 for every £1k

£20 is dirt cheap for insured int’l. It just cost me $34 to ship two states away insured using USPS. The days of $5 domestic and $10 int’l shipping is gone.
