Omega 1944 30T2SC Watch Crystal & Second Hand

I have been given a Vintage Omega watch which needs some care attention. My initial research confirms it has. 30T2SC 16 jewel movement. The case is 35.4mm in diameter and has Serial No. 10366716 stamped on the case back. The movement has Serial No. 9629866 engraved on it. I believe the watch was manufactured in 1944. I would be grateful if anyone could offer up more info about the watch Caliber? I haven’t found any other watch with the same face.

The watch runs but clearly needs a new watch crystal. It also appears to have a missing sweep hand. The watch face needs cleaning. The crown has no chrome. Can anybody offer up suggestions as to where I can find a: new watch crystal, new sweep hand and crown? Does anybody know the part numbers I am seeking?
