OP wants to know if the watch was supplied as part of a military order to some army during WW2. Oh, he wants to know its value too.

Unlikely to be military (unless the outside of the caseback has markings). Perhaps an extract of the archives will tell more.

Thank you. Are you sure about No..? No. is over 10 000 000 and until 11 000 000. between 1944 and 1947. but number is 10 033 178, and so we can assume 1944.
Thank you!! I can be wrong, but ive heard the same watch was sold to Swedish Air Force without marking on the case.

    "Locating Your Omega Serial Number
Recent Omega watches usually carry their serial number somewhere on the back but they will be in extremely small laser-etched digits requiring a magnifier to read. Older Omega watches may only have the serial number on the inside of the watch, requiring a jeweler to open it for you.

I think your watch is from 1944-45, in the second WW time. But I don't know if it was for military or civil use.
Dial is so degradeted and difficult to know if it was dark in origin with these pictures. Seems black.
    Very pretty to me.
    Regards

Sorry, there is no reason to think this is a military watch.

I have the feeling the OP will never be convinced about it not being military ;-)

Sorry, but you're wrong. I got an extract from Ω for my 30T2PC serial no. 10130431. It was delivered to Sweden in December 1944.

Could you please explain? All available online charts give 44-45 for the OP watch.
