I have this Lady Vintage Omega watch and would be very grateful if anyone can help me evaluate it and advise on proper channels for auction or sale.

I thank you all in advance, kind regards

Watch has a very 1950’s look to it. The case and band would seem to be aftermarket and not made by Omega.

Value would be in gold content and stones.

Unfortunately, these tiny women’s “cocktail” watches are not in style today. Because of their size, they can be very time consuming (read - expensive) to service.

Best bet for maximum value would be a jeweler would could evaluate the diamonds properly.

Hope this helps,

The movement is not original to that case. You will notice in the photo, the arrow indicating that the movement was in a different case with a smaller dial opening. The stones are a mixed bag of low quality, poorly matched, single-cut stones. No value in the stones, scrap value only in the case, and who might need the movement, and what might that bring? This is a frankenwatch.
