Omega 18k Band, seeking model id.

I only just noticed the very mall hallmark on this solid 18k band as being Omega. It is on a Royce Leadership 600 watch which was my Grandfathers. I would like to know if there is a model # for this band? and ultimately it's value. It has yellow gold and rose gold, very heavy solid. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure that's an Omega bracelet, but if it's legit 18k gold, you have hit the jackpot. I'd get it tested ASAP.
