I would want to know if there are several models with this reference or only the one called "big crown". I have this watch with the reference 166.022, can you tell me your opinion?

The current replacement crown, 42062ST, is pretty darn big compared to what's on your watch. Perhaps that was a change over the lifetime of the watch.

Omega vintage says this: "Burgundy or blue with matching bezel color, with luminous hour markers and luminous "stick" hands." So that looks more or less right.
