Omega 166.0213 - fake movement?

It’s real. What made you think it is fake? The pictures aren’t great and it’s missing the circle with text that fits in that depression, but it looks like an Omega cal 1010 (or variant).

I just didn't see any engraved cal number or serial number. The cal should be 1020 from what I recall

Both the caliber number and serial would normally be here:

Sometimes these small disks with that information are damaged or missing, as it appears this one is...
