For sale Omega 166.0202, gold plated with automatic 1010 movement. It has a 42.4m serial which dates it to 1979 and is one of the very last in house movement Omegas before the move over to ETA derived movements. This model was branded several ways, Geneve, Seamaster and Automatic but they are all the same watch with the same seals etc. Here is the Omega fact sheet for it in Seamaster guise: https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-details/15397/ This is the 'Omega Automatic' branded variety. It is around 35mm diameter and very thin for an auto at around 9mm. This is in good condition with light traces of wear on the lugs and crown but nothing off putting. The dial and hands are perfect and original and the crystal is a perfect genuine Omega replacement complete with omega logo in the centre. This has just been fully serviced at a cost of £275 and the water resistance tested to the specified 30m/3bar so it is of course running great and keeping time well at around +3s per day. It is also under warranty for the next 9 months by the UK repairer 'The Watch Bloke' who did the last service. Price now £349 including delivery within the UK (net to me), elsewhere by agreement, supplied on the buyer's choice of the 3 brand new straps shown which are all leather with gold plated buckle.
