On a fishing expedition for a replacement case for 166 0117 to replace the one shown here with extremely worn lugs.

I have tried filling these in the past with a laser welder to no avail. While laser welders work great on stainless steel, silver and gold, they (our laser welder) don't work great on brass and some other base metals. Has anyone come across a good jeweller who was able to fill and ended up with a nice looking finished product?
