I have bought this omega 166.010 and was informed that the inner bezel was replaced with a seamaster calendars inner bezel with a size difference of 0.05mm larger. After receiving the watch I was not sure if the dial was repainted/ semi restored. If anyone understands or knows if its a repainted/ semi restored please help me identify. As I was going to resell this watch.

The dial looks original, but not in the best condition. The rotor may be a replacement, FWIW, and the magnifier doesn't appear to be correct, so it may be the wrong crystal. Also, the tops of the lugs should not be brushed, so someone has been tampering with it.

Overall, it's a bit of a rough example, but this often happens with old watches.

I am aware that crystal has been replaced. But the dial seems fine to you? How much would you value this at?

The condition really hurts the value, IMO. Honestly, given that it's the non-chronometer version, I'd put the realistic value at about $500-$600 USD with the bracelet.
