Omega 165.001 case tube?

Can anyone help me find the correct case tube for my omega seamaster ref 165.001 cal 552 from circa 1963? I am not finding much online about it. I have calipers to measure the case tube opening and the crown side, but unsure of the length I need, etc. or if there is a place where I can order one that matches exactly with the ref #. Any help would be amazing.
