Omega 156.003 Cal.715 Moonphase - Instruction Booklet anybody

Hi all,
I've just taken delivery of this watch, purchased at auction. There is some patina on the dial and a couple of small scratches on the case but othr than that I believe it is in absolutely imaculate condition for the age. The pictures don't do it justice. But then again I've been wrong before. 😟
My post relates to tracking down an original Cal.715 Moonphase instruction booklet, as the watch came with pretty much everything else.
Is there anyone out there who might have one of these?
I know they exist as I've seen one advertised on Chrono 24 with the exact same watch. I've added a picture of this booklet to the thread.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had stumbled across the Omegawatches page during my initial rumagings and found it quite informative.
