·Do you have any pictures of what yours look like to match something? Your best bet is eBay you may get lucky with someone selling a dial or a damaged movement with a nice original dial.

·Personally I would remove/get the dial removed and sell it to fund a better example like you said yes it’s been poorly done. You could splash the cash and purchase another and swap the dials / movements or sell all together and start fresh. I do believe that the bezel is original tho missing the 12oclock dome marker.
