Omega 1444 parts

Hello everyone, just found this forum. I’m trying to revive a stopped 1991 Omega constellation that my wife gave to me as an engagement present almost 30 years ago. I’ve a bit of experience with watch repair over the last couple of years but mostly with mechanical movements (mostly Omega pocket watches).

Anyway, this watch is quartz movement 1444. It will likely need new parts, for example I can see already that both the battery and bridle insulator have deteriorated significantly. Any hints or tips on where I may be able to source replacements?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
