Omega 131.013 replacement crystal

Hello enthusiasts, im seaching a replacement crystal for my 131.013, the crystal has lots and very fine microcracks (not visible on the pic). The crystal diameter is aprox 31,80mm. Does somebody know an dealer/offer (ebay?).
And how to remove the stem on the 286?
