Omega 1069 link Springbars Reference

Hi folks. I have a 1069 bracelet on my Seamaster big crown 166.062 and am trying to find the right reference for the mini springbars are used to hold the removable links in place. Does anyone know their exact size (length and dimeter) and where they can be found to buy? or should just replace them with pins ? Picture below for reference
