I've tried searching around the internet, but I can't seem to track down the answer. Does anyone what the hole diameters are for the Omega 1045 movement? I just picked up a Speedmaster 4.5 and would like to maybe change the hands to gold to complement my wedding band.

    Thanks

According to a post I found tucked away on Chronocentric, they are the same across the 861, 1045, Lemania 5100 etc and are
Hour hand 1,90 mm Min hand 1.05mm Chrono sec 0.25mm Small sec 0.18 Min Recorder 0.25 Hour recorder 0.30

Can you please clear something up for me? I've searched Chronocentric but can't find this. There are 7 hands and you've listed 6. You read that the chrono second hand, which would be the large central pinion second hand, is 0.25mm but the chrono minute recorder, which is also a large hand mounted centrally is also 0.25mm? I realize you saw this several years ago.

Good spot, that should probably be the 24hr indicator at 0.25 on the 5100. The minute recorder, good question. I have the technical manual for the 5100 but it doesn't list the hand sizes unfortunately.
