    My first attempt at a flat link (1039) bracelet restoration.

    It's an OK effort. But if you want to see real results, send to Michael Young in HK.

    The pics do not show the difference between the polished and brushed surfaces very well. Does Michael Young restore the springs on his restorations?.
    I wanted to restore the bracelet but at the same time maintain a less than new look commensurate with the condition of the watch.

    Absolutely. The bracelet comes back tight as man anus.

    Hey

    From the result it looks like a heavy use of capecod. Try to brush the middle parts and clasp to restore the finish. It’s a annoying process but worth.
