The good: it's legit.
The bad: it's missing a few fixed links (there should be 8 on each side), which leads to the taper of it being a bit stepped. And it's shorter, of course. Sourcing these can be a pain, as is fitting.

Unless it's cheap (which I don't think after seeing the Omega pad, looks like a watch dealer) I would not buy it at all!
A very nice, full length, unmolested 1039 is sitting on German ebay for weeks, price is lower than 1000€... It has no end links but with some patience you should be able to find a pair of 516...
