·This is a very nice (excellent over-all condition) example of the Omega Seamaster Professional Planet Ocean XL 45.5mm Chronometer Ref. 2200.50.00 with Omega Calibre 2500 Co-Axial automatic movement.
The watch features a 45.5mm stainless steel case with a uni-directional 60-minute elapsed-time bezel with excellent black insert.
The steel case-back screws down and features the Omega Hippocampus Seamonster. The steel bracelet is comfortable on a 7 1/2" wrist, with two additional half links, and it also has a wet-suit extension.
The serial number is 8181xxxx and movement serial numbers in the 81 million range were produced beginning in 2007.
The crystal is mint, and the black dial & the white pointer hands are perfect; there is a quick-set date aperture at 3 o'clock. The bezel is very good, with one flaw visible at the 53 minute mark.
The Omega Calibre 2500 chronometer-rated Co-Axial movement movement is in excellent working order, running around + 4 seconds per day.
The watch comes with the somewhat worn inner box, outer box, Omega 1/8 Operating Instructions booklet, the pictogram and chronometer cards, as well as the warranty card dated November, 2007 by Zerbe Jewelers of Colorado Springs, Colorado. In addition, included are an Omega strap 98000198 fitted with 18mm Omega deployant buckle 94521813 and Planet Ocean black rubber strap 98000145 with 9451-2022 buckle. Both straps are in excellent, lightly worn condition.
With water resistance of 600m / 2000ft and a helium escape valve at 10 o'clock, you're looking at a classic package you won't see every day . . .
