Omegą Chronostop parte needed

Hello!
I am new here but not a new Omega watch owner.
I own Omega Chronostop dated 1969 bought off Catawiki several years ago. Shows some wear signs and the dial seems to be repaired along the way.
The problem is with the main spring which is broken and am looking for it.
does anyone has the part ?

And additionally a new dial would fit?
