    Your posts are unusefull, the original question was if a day Omega made something like that noth8ng else , I an not asking to know the state of the watch is a crap of course, but the third pusher intrigate me, that the only question here noth8ng else.

    The watch runs on compressed gas (possibly helium). The extra pusher is there so you can compress the gas sufficiently to power the mechanism.

    I'd make a guess at some sort of flyback chronograph casing with a possibly fake speedmaster caseback and a stunningly ugly dial.
