Old weird watch (fake?)

Can I ask you for help in identifying the watch. It has fallen into my hands and I cannot find any information about it. She is certainly over 30 years old. I would be grateful for the information and for the estimated value of the find.

I don’t believe this is an Omega watch. Also, it’s a lot older than 30 years old. Probably 80 to 90 years old, or older.

Very low value item. You can find similar genetic movements on eBay for $20 or less.
