This Aero seems to have a full size crown on both sides instead of the normal thin crown on the left side?
Since this thread is getting resurrected, here's a couple Unisonic ads from 1970 and 1971 I found recently in old numbers of Esquire (an American mens' magazine). I'm desperately in love with the dial at lower left in the lower advert. Fun fact - the Rolex GMT sold for $225 then!
I also didn't know that this model (which crops up on Ebay quite often but doesn't seem to sell well - probably because it's under 30mm) is called the Avanti. And this one is called a Roger? I wonder if I should message this Ebay seller and inform him that his watch is called Roger. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Geneve-Bumper-Automatic-Watch/184264737611Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Talking about names, I don't recall if we've had the Town and Country yet. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-...483983?hash=item218719028f:g:puQAAOSw4o5gX-7SPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
There is a bezel-less ‘Country Club’ currently up for sale on eBay indicating that this model name was still in use at UG well into the 90s. Does this make the Country Club, rarely even mentioned by name around here, UG’s longest running model in the brand’s line up?
