    A 145.022-68 or 69 in need of a little TLC.

    Judging by the corrosion present on the bezel, I would have this one thoroughly inspected and serviced.

    Cal 861 unless the dial and bezel are incorrect... Have the hood opened.

    Bezel is from 90 onwards.. there are no 69 bezels with dot below 70

    This is a 145.022-69 cal.861 with a service bezel likely added in the last decade or so. Considering the shape of the bezel, I'd imagine this watch has seen some very hard times recently....

    But if I were you u would source a 1171. Not expensive and give the watch as nice vintage look.

    I agree, not seen that kind of corrosion on high quality stainless steel. Hope it wipes off.
