I just purchased it from ebay.
    It should be genuine?
    How do you like it?
I googled similar ones, but couldn't find anyone exactly same.

By the way, what TOOL 104 means?

I think it is genuine, just my gut instinct and I could be proved wrong.
Tool 104 would be used to open it.
I'm guessing it is quartz so not much collector value but I quite like the look of it and assuming it is genuine then you haven't been completely ripped off.
Now set yourself an avatar and hang around for a while and you can learn a whole lot more about watches, vintage and modern, Omega and other brands.

    Genuine.
It's got the old De Ville logo introduced in 1972 and replaced by the city skyline logo in the early 80s.
Maybe a caliber 711 automatic ultra flat movement.

Tool 104 is used to compress the crystal so that it can be removed giving access to the movement through the front of the case.

The seller said that it might have cal625 or 620.
It is not quartz, nor automatic.

The strap is aftermarket leather strap.
Anyone can guess its original one? Leather or stainless?

Probably leather, originally. If you have a watchmaker remove the movement you'll be able to take a photo of the reference number which will allow you to find a lot more information.

Is there any way to find out the original shape, like what kind of glass, strap used?

And, this watch looks very clean. It should be polished including glass.
    Why people don' like polishing?
Should I pay more attention to care of it?

Currently it has cheap leather strap?
Any recommendation for well matched strap for this watch?

It's a manual wind caliber 62x from the mid 70's. While a little on the small side, these make for decent dress watches.

No big deal to have an aftermarket strap. I'd want a black gator or croc strap.

Polishing takes metal away from the watch and can make the corners too rounded making the watch unattractive and not crisp and sharp looking.

I take a look at crystal closely. It doesn't look like glass but acrylic crystal.
    It should not be genuine?

Any easy way to distinguish glass from acrylic plastic?

You asked, so I'll tell: I don't think the watch is worth $500, though others might disagree.

It's a Ref ST 151.0039 De Ville circa 1972 with a calibre 711 automatic movement.
    Full guilloché old silver dial......probably.

There should be an Onyx cabochon on the crown. Can you take another photo side on to check if it's the original crown or not?

The bezel would have been polished from new.

Check out Omega's website for their Vintage watch details

    International Collection : 1972-1982
    Swiss retail price (1975) : ST 151.0039 CHF 530.-
Also available in 14K gold-plated (20 mic.) with SS case back (MD 151.0039, CHF 600.-)

Maybe they were also issued without the Onyx.
Overall, I think it's genuine and you should take it to a good watchmaker to check which calibre it really has inside and get it serviced.
Can you also show us a photo next to a rule or coin so we can see the size?
I recommend you also buy a clip on macro lens for your smartphone, it will make close-up work a little easier.
