I have looked all over www and went over whole AJTT book (I found "same" dial on page 99 but on pocketwatch) but can not find simmilar example.

Can you please tell me more infos about watch, thank you?

Its 33mm without crown,
I think/hope dial is original
Caliber 26.5 T2
585/1000 gold with metal movement cover (metal cover and case has same serial number)

Dont know if it helps but doesn't it look more like a 30's watch? Everything with the watch seems to be in a very good condition.
