    The white gold Omega uses is 15% Palladium. I'm assuming this is the reason for the higher cost.

    For quite few decades the "Big Three" always charged more for White Gold. As a result they sold fewer thus their vintage peices are more valuable. I never quite understood why a J or 18kt. is the most pure gold where-as R (Rose) mixed with Copper or G (White) with Palladium are generally more costly.

    Must be that there's only a few of us "Old Timers" left that bought 18kt. everything :thumbsup:
