No dealer knows everything. On the other site we agree that nobody cares about box and papers anyway 馃榿

I see this all the time on high-volume resellers' websites. They have a tendency to copy and paste text from watch to watch to watch and often end up printing things that are clearly not correct. I wouldn't take this particular case as evidence of nefarious intent, but you could use what you know about the box that really came with this watch to get a price reduction.

Those are mitigating factors.

On the other hand, the way the box and papers are lined up, all correct... except that one missing part...

And also bear in mind they paid what, 10k, for this watch themselves and they most certainly knew it was missing when they bought it ...

then it could be intentional.
Certainly if youre trying to charge 12k for a watch it is your duty to be accurate

It's absurd to call this a "lie." Everyone knows they are ignorant high-volume resellers.

Look on the bright side. This box occupies less real estate than the original.
