Hi OF, For sale today I have a gorgeous Jaeger Lecoultre Military Watch from 1942-43. It has original dial and hands, with a beautiful even creamy patina. The case is chrome, and has slight signs of wear. I don't believe it has ever been re-chromed. The movement is manual wind, and running strong, keeping time well. It is speculated that this watch was ordered by the German Luftwaffe in 1942, since it has a matching serial number stamped on the caseback and movement. The british equivalent did not have the stamp on the caseback. Offering a firm $925 USD including tracked shipping and paypal fees (to EU, Asia, North America, and Australia) Please PM me or email at: [email protected] Details: - To the best of my knowledge, all parts of the case, dial, and hands are correct original - Keeps time well for a very old watch, when properly wound within 1 min per day, sometimes up to 20 secs depending on activity - Acrylic glass has some visible cracks along the surface - 31mm wide, ~8mm thick, 16mm lug width - includes an excellent like-new Horween Black Chromexcel leather strap with beige stitching made by JonesInTokyo on etsy, will fit wrists ~6.4 - 7.8 inches, worth 70 USD - photos below include some from the previous owner, who had the watch serviced earlier in 2016. You can see the movement is in excellent condition, and serial numbers on caseback and movement match. My wrists are 6.5 inches FYI I have made multiple sales on OF this year, as well as multiple on ebay: https://omegaforums.net/threads/hrobi-a-highly-recommended-seller.48693/ http://www.ebay.com.au/usr/hrobrobi Thanks for looking!
