Does his omega hands come with the bolt to put them into the caliber?

 

Nope, it's just the hands. I know because I bought a pair from them last month.

I'm not sure what that parts actually called but I would bet Ofrei has it, just separate from the hands

Both cannon pinion (minute hand) and hour wheel (hour hand) are present.

Sub second pinion is there as well. If not you'd be stripping the movement to replace the whole 4th wheel.
