Hmmm??? We've spent 2000 years developing the English language! You lovely chaps across the pond borrow it for 200 years and it's f#*ked! The problem with "I could care less" is that it implies that the person hasn't quite 'bottomed out' in their indifference. There's much less ambiguity involved with a good old fashioned "For fakks sake!... I don't give a shite!" This is correct English.
