I don't want to bloat the main post much but he kept on sending screenshots of different DHL tracking numbers and so on. I am beating myself up for ignoring the initial signs, my main mistake was trusting his long established record as a dealer. I ignored the scenario where some sketchy dealers make exits like these ... 馃檨

Oof I'm sorry this happened to you. Are you the first to report being scammed by him? He can only really exit-scam once, so I'd think he'd try to make the most of it and hit as many as possible...

Also I don't think multiple tracking numbers are in themselves evidence of a scam. I had this happen recently with a dealer in Vietnam, but the watch ended up arriving on time exactly as described.

Like I mentioned he also tried to Paypal/WU scam me, this happened to me once before, everyone wants to believe it鈥檚 a misunderstanding. The guy that scammed me back then even returned back to dealing claiming his account was stolen, its a classic trick. We鈥檝e identity verified this guy too, but I am sure he will continue dealing again with a similar claim

If I let him use my Paypal for example, the next victim would鈥檝e got his money back from my Paypal by now

Also most people who buy watches write it off and move on when something like this happens

Please report his secondary IG too: https://www.instagram.com/kent_le_watch_vn

Sorry to hear you were scammed and I hope that you will somehow been made whole. If you have been scammed by him, then you should report him and do whatever you want to publicize the events. If you think his IG account should be removed, then I suggest you take it up with the platform. Maybe they will investigate if you have evidence.

Personally, without firsthand knowledge of the events, I would not feel comfortable reporting him or forwarding your requests.
