I would like to add the following:

WTFO = What The F***, Over

 

NAAFI ! Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes. A watch - often a Speedmaster - delivered to and sold by the British Forces to Servicemen.

 

and OCONUS means Outside CONtinental US

 

And CONUSCAN means continental US and Canada

...but no one ever puts that in a FS listing.

No. Alaska and Hawaii are not CONUS.

Contiguous means all together not related to continent.

 

Correct and that is how the military uses the word. Soldiers get extra pay for working in Alaska or Hawaii.

However, lots of watch sellers use the word CONUS even if they would actually be happy to ship to Hawaii or Alaska; ask them if you're interested...
