Here's the background. Someone on another forum posted a picture of what looks like a cocoa-colored nubuck strap on a Speedy that apparently was OEM. I checked with our local OB and was told this wasn't an OEM strap. I went to the Omega website and their selection looks very limited and it certainly wasn't there. Has anyone done the equivalent of a master list/catalogue for Omega OEM straps - ideally with lug width? If such a thing exists could someone point me in that direction?

Can you borrow that picture from the other forum? It would help to identify the strap.

It looks like a DSOTM vintage black strap.

I'm unsure whether the strap in your picture is OEM but it seems ok. Interestingly though, the OEM strap is 21mm wide at the lugs while the Moonwatch has 20mm lug width. So the strap could have been modified to fit or custom made.
The OEM strap number is CUZ004039

In the picture I posted it almost looks as if the spring bar is curved which would help a 21mm width fit.

Yes the 3 dial Speedy shown is a 3313 movement 44mm Auto model so the lugs may well be 21mm. In my limited experience, 21mm Omega straps can be made to fit 20mm lugs pretty easily. Here is and example of this below:
