I’ve dug these out of a box of crowns, but despite digging around eBay and Google I can’t find which reference they belong to. I think they must be quite early given the Z-Star logo. Pretty distinctive with the octagonal shape and castellated corners. Any ideas ?

That’s a great help. I’m as certain as I can be it’s correct for the 133.8 Captain in your first link. It’s too thin to be the same as the one In the second link, but I neglected to show a side profile originally. Thanks
