    Made what I thought was a ridiculously low offer on this one and to my surprise the seller accepted it. I don't usually favor case refinishing, but given that this one was pretty rough, and had other issues that keep it from being all original, I sent this (head only) to Tmorehouse51 who'd did IMHO a very nice job.
    Found hands that were acceptable and replaced existing ones; sourced a near NOS complete Omega clasp; redid the bracelet myself, and ended up with this:

    You know what, I really like that. Case refinish looks good to, where did you get it done?

    Great project! When all comes together like this, the watch might be worth more to you than a perfect one.
