OCD leads somebody who already owns this:

    .... to buy this:

.... because these only pop up in this condition every 3 years or so.

More of the seller's pics when I can get some time at work to edit them. The Golden Squirrel of Distraction REALLY bit me today. :p

That squirrel is damn busy. How does it get to be in so many places ?

Maybe it's a minor deity, like the Flying Spaghetti Monster...

Yeah, a serviced one at that - in pink gold! ;) Have to take a hard look at it and see if I want to sell it now that the new one is coming.

That's a remarkably clean looking watch! What was the damage?

This one might stay, but the pink gold one might go. Gotta replace most of the funds that were diverted.

Just ask. Between Tony C, gator, and me we should be able to answer.

Just over $2150 with shipping. It's about right considering that I paid $1900 for the pink gold version. Pink gold adds a premium, but this watch's lugs are in crisper condition.

Well, Windy knows about the purchase but she also knows about all the recent pieces I've sold off. Still might end up listing the pink gold one despite it being serviced and running so well.

Wow that's crisp. There's always room for both the PG and YG in your collection.

    You got it.

Actually, my collection is based on calibers, and these both have the 341 inside. I also thought about using the PG version as a wearable dress watch, but I have a couple other PG watches that are thinner and more easily tuck under a cuff (Eterna 1466U for example).

It's my favorite, but being Longines-centric I might be a little biased. Used to use a cropped & shrunken version as an avatar a long time ago on a forum far, far away.

Let the games begin. As some of you know, many of us avoid South American sellers for good reason - too many shenanigans and a cavalier attitude towards originality.

Listing clearly says Miami Beach in the USA:

Just got the tracking number and it's from ::censored::ing Peru.

This is NOT inspiring confidence. ::rant:

Yeah, I hope it's okay for this situation too. Sent an e-mail to my contact at Longines so we'll see.

Oh, it'll be fine. US Customs never holds up packages in plain brown wrappers coming in from South America through Miami. Why would these be of any interest to them?:D
