Visited a number of watch boutiques in Lucerne Switzerland, and saw many wonderful watches. In the Omega boutique I saw this in the window but have no idea what it is. Thought I'd post here for the OF experts to have a look...

Nah, I saw that enormous blue.... whatever that is.... around the watch in the display and couldn't help myself, it's on me! Watch itself is kinda funky. Have fun out there, keep 'em coming

Lol, you contact someone that can make an exposed balance counterfeit. That's a central tourbillon, and starts around $120-140k.

 

I believe it's a watch winder integrated into the box of the watch.
