Curious how do OB’s normally send out watches (if you are not collecting them in person)?
Do they normally ship them within their watch presentation box?

No idea how OB's do it, but if you order off Omega's US eCommerce site the watch is in the regular presentation box (with stickers on front and back) with all normal documentation, and it is giftwrapped, and shipped in a sturdy white box.. The normal brown outer cardboard shipping box is not included. It's sent via two day FedEx requiring an adult signature. Call your OB and ask them how they do it, it may vary by market.

I got a couple of shipments from different OB in Europe. I always ask one and the same and they always abide. Plastic coffin for the watch and presentation box with documents in a separate package.

Good tip to request coffins and separate shipment for the box.
