·It is "country code", as Meme-Dweller has described. In past, the code used to be 4-digits, now it is 5-digits but I do not know the date of transition.
20250 is Canada.
20150 is USA,
90270 is one big code for Europe region,
probably other members can chime in in regards to the other regions.

@1st speedy How about instead of starting three separate threads, you combine all the questions in one thread and title it something like "I have a few questions being a new Speedy owner".
